8768.5 ministerial filing

Has anyone compelled the County Surveyor to file a map per 8768.5 because they took too long to provide comments? If so, was the board involved?

Any information is appreciated.

How long?
My 2 mains counties are currently taking 12-14 months or 6-7 months.

I'm at 4 months without any comments from the CS so far. I've had a few push up to 6 months, but that is including comments and resubmittals, which is acceptable.

It's crazy that the TPM, demo plans, & final map for my project are getting reviewed faster than a RoS.
