AG opinion regarding subdivisions

I have been tracking this one for some time. The opinion came out yesterday. There have been a lot of questions regarding this topic.

Thanks, Michael! I've been watching and waiting for this one since it was first asked 4 years ago. I was at the CEAC Conference on Monterey this past week and missed the debut of this decision.

The question comes up frequently. Now we know. Contiguous means horizontal, vertical AND though time.

The decision is pretty well written, too. Of course, they took four years to get it done.
