NCEES - Multi State Licensing

I have been working on meeting all the requirements for Multi State Licensing through NCEES as this will make my life easier when seeking licensing in other jurisdictions.

I have completed all sections except the "Work Experience". This section keeps being rejected when submitting to NCEES for review. I have emailed and called them seeking additional information regarding this rejection. I always seem to get the same answer back from NCEES stating I need to add things to my work experience that to me resemble disciplines other than Land Surveying.

So my question is has anyone been through this process and if so would you happen to have an example or would you be open to having a conversation with me about your experience with this matter.

Laveyb24, I am very familiar with the review process for creating an NCEES Record. The review will (should) seek to align the experience you’re claiming with the NCEES Model Law definition for the practice of surveying, which can vary nationwide. Feel free to email me a copy of what you’re submitting and maybe I can give you some pointers on what experience you have that may help you. Ric.moore@dca.ca.gov.
