Passing of PLS 4599
Sadly to announce my father: Douglas O. Foster PLS 4599 passed away on 12/3/2019 his was 91 and 9 months (close to his 92nd). His battle with two cancers was suddenly discovered shortly after his 91st Birthday. He was a great father, friend, husband, teacher, mentor, and CA Land Surveyor. He had surveyed in CA over forty years working Private Industry for Orange County’s finest Civil Engineering / Surveying Firms and for-filled his later years in Civil Service with State of California / Caltrans / Right of Way Engineering Division in Districts 7 & 12. He will be greatly missed. The family will be posting a Celebration of Douglas O. Fosters Life for his 92nd Birthday on March 21, 2020. Location and active to be posted after the hectic holidays.
