New Appellate Case MTC Fin v Dept of Tax

This is a case that turns on the interpretation of the description in a Trust Deed. There's not a lot of new ground, but it is a very tidy packaging of cases that deal with interpreting deeds, and particularly deeds with defects. At 13 pages, it is a short read, but interesting.
