Greetings
I am trying to find a source for Autocad Light version 2013 or close to that.
In 2007, we purchased Autocad Light 2007 at our local Office Supply store.
No one carries the latest version, and My google searches have my head spinning.
Any Ideas ?
Thank you very much

Up through v2017 uses the same DWG file format version. I'd look for that instead of a 5 year old program. Note that v2018 uses a new format.

You should consider purchasing Carlson Intellicad.
A lot cheaper than autocad and 95% same commands.
Way more sophisticated than I need, but it has all the bells and whistles.
I would definitely look into it and Shane Gardner (local rep) would steer you in the right direction.
