I know there were recently some changes that clarified the responsibilities of public agencies for monument preservation. This included some clean-up the language for Section 8771 and another section of the state law that I can't remember. Did our state organization or any of our chapters work up a letter/memo/flyer about these changes?
I'm trying to educate a public agency client and don't want to reinvent the wheel if there is already some material available.

How many of these designation forms have been filed and is anyone verifying that every agency that needs to file one has?
