Town of Moraga Right-of-Way Maps

Does anyone know the location of right-of-way maps and road deeds (non-caltrans) for the Town of Moraga? I contacted the County Surveyor and was told that they were given to the Town of Moraga around the time of its incorporation but have failed to speak with anyone who knows of their whereabouts.

Not trying to be funny about this, but you may want to ask the janitorial staff about those maps. Many times good answers are found in humble corners.
