FEMA - Elevation Certificate Form Expiring

Does anybody know what we are supposed to do after the current Elevation Certificate form expires on March 31, 2012?

I have a stack of these to do suddenly.

Keep using the form until FEMA replaces it with a new one. The same thing happened the last time...and the time before that...and...

Ian is correct.

If you contact FEMA they will tell you to use the old "expired" form until new forms are issued/released.
