NCAA Track

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience in the layout and certification of track markings for a NCAA-approved synthetic running track. What type of control is laid out to mark the locations of all the markings that are required by the NCAA? Any tips to expediting the whole layout process?

We were given the distance between the radius points. Had to set tagged 1in iron pipe so they could be checked at later dates. From these RPs we then set inside and outside curb o/s stakes.
