Riverside County Ordinance No. 461

Anyone have a copy they can post up here? I tried a google search and couldn't find it and I also searched the Riverside county transportation website.

I am looking at a tract map that says "all monuments set per Riverside County Ordinance 461.4" and I'm trying to find out what that means.

I hate that, its so localized. And city/county ties that just say mons per city of xxx standard xxxx.

Is it that hard to tell us what the mons are. Jeez.
