on Land Surveyor Winston Keerl LS 2383 and what engineering firms he worked for/with in the early 1960's
We have a house in Tustin. Winston did the Tract Map # 4331 Recorded Feb 1962
We need a copy of the original grading plan. The County of Orange apparently tossed everything that old that didn't get to the City when the Tract was incorporated into the City of Tustin and Tustin doesn't have it either.
This is a long shot, but I am hoping that whatever Engineering firm did the grading plans might have a copy buried somewhere.
