This year's conference sessions look great.

I'm especially excited to see that John Briscoe, Esq. is speaking. Mr. Briscoe was at the CLSA Conference in Tahoe a few years ago and had a great program.

I wonder if CLSA can get a discount on his publication "Surveying the Courtroom: A Land Expert's Guide to Evidence and Civil Procedure, 2nd Edition" and sell it at discounted prices to conference attendees.
