County Surveyor Review Time

Is there a statue that provided a timeframe for a county surveyor to review a record of survey? I thought there was a time limit on how long the county can "look" at a map, but I can't find it.

Thank you, that is somewhat embarrassing, I should hove found that myself... 8766 states:

8766 Examination by County Surveyor of Surveys Recorded; Time; Particulars
(a) Within 20 working days after receiving the record of survey, or within the additional time as may be mutually agreed
upon by the land surveyor or civil engineer and the county surveyor, the county surveyor shall examine it ...
