Survey Books

Post by Steve Martin »

I've been re-arranging my bookcase and am selling a few that I have multiple copies of:

1947 Manual of Instructions - $50 Good condition for it's age, pages slightly yellowed with age, has both sample plats in sleeve
1947Manual.jpg
Boundary Control and Legal Principles 3rd Edition in new condition, $120
BC&LP3rdEd.jpg
The California Coordinate System of 1983 - A Practical Guide by Vincent Sincek $35 Expanded version of what is in the CALTRANS video exam guide. Not currently in print. This used to be a must have for anyone studying for the LS exam.
CCS83Handout.jpg
Measuring America by Andro Linklater in new condition, $14

Hello Steve,
Congrats on your retirement. I would like to add the Sincek booklet to the school collection. It is a classic. We had one but it was lost in the move to our new building. Will a personal check be acceptable?

All of the retired folks I talked to highly recommended it.

Retirement is what you make of it. So far so good.
