Reversionary Lines

Post by mpallamary »

Hi,

I am working on an old map and I am trying to figure out the reversionary lines for blocks 46, 48, and 59. The lines extend to the MHTL as the marginal street is fixed by the MHTL. I have a city map establishing the MHTL. Anyone have any ideas? I am open to suggestions.

Much thanks!

This will be a fun one, for sure - with adjacent lot lines prolonging into each other. Then, across from the Park will be another interesting angle - likely splitting at centerline.

I am having Deja Vu (all over again). Didn't you post this proposition a couple of years back?

Hi George, I don't think so. I believe that was a different one. Any thoughts?

To add some perspective - this is the block.

Looking through both threads- seems like a dangerous walkway. It worked out for me, I may have "sealed the deal" on that path. At the end of my college years (1994) I took a girl for a late night Valentines Day walk along that beautiful stretch of coastline. It's a good thing we didn't' slip off in the darkness. We're about to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary,
Cheers.

Reversionary rights? Well of course it looks tricky- Why would Pallamary post otherwise.
