At Riverside County Flood we have developed and are actively using ESRI's Survey123 app to document our found boundary monuments. For those not familiar, Survey123 is a simple form based cellphone app with customize-able questions. It also allows you to attach photos and a rough location (either using the phone's GPS, or by placing a pin on a map) along with the form, and the resultant data is uploaded to ESRI's cloud, and is instantly viewable by interested parties. I have talked our GIS department into making the layer public:

I believe this application could become a valuable resource to the surveying community if we incorporate crowd sourcing, and that is why I am reaching out to this forum. With that said, our GIS department also created for me some public licenses that I could supply for free to others who want to contribute, while also using the app for their own benefit. I had them add a field for user and agency name, so any public user could filter the results by their name or agency, and see their results only.
