I'm curious how common it is for people to file a formal complaint to the Board about another individual.

Just in case you're a prolific reporter, I've enabled the poll to allow you to select up to 4 options.

you should add: Did the Board Respond to your complaint/s?

In my case that is a NO
perhaps they investigated, but I was not notified

(This was a decade or so back)

"...a decade or so back," and you're expecting an answer so soon?

How and where do CLSA Chapter PPCs come in to this discussion?

The poll should read "In my capacity of a Land Surveyor licensed under the laws of California..."

Public or Private should make no difference

I did not want to get into a discussion regarding that. Pallamary has opened many a thread regarding this issue.
