I'm looking for field notes, specifically in San Mateo County.
Any suggestions on where I might be able to track this down?

Email them the section(s), Township, Range and Meridian and they will pull the plats and field note index and let you tell them which notes you need. You will pay a small amount (per page) of the field notes, but you will receive scans of them.
