Loss of a fellow Land Surveyor
Richard "Dick" Fultz passed away quietly September 8th at his home with family and friends present. Dick was a very well respected Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer in the community. I am certain those of you that knew him and worked with him would agree. He would not want you to dwell on his passing as a loss, but to focus on the gain you experienced by knowing him. Hopefully you will recall positive thoughts and things that made you laugh during your time with him. Our family and friends will be gathering on Saturday, September 19th at the Fultz Farm at 8636 Huntington Road in Modesto for a Celebration of Life. Please feel free to join us for this celebration and share your positive experiences.

A great asset to the profession and a mentor to me since a very long time ago. He will be missed.
