Been thinking of something more rigid and durable for setting targets in rural desert areas in place of the white vinyl film.stretched between wood lath and nailed down. The reusable ones sold by survey supply shops are about $20 each.
Anybody try using white corrugated plastic panels cut to the needed width and length. Home Depot has the material at about $10 for a 4' x 8' sheet which should make about 8 targets which is about $1.25 each.
Nailed down with 60D nails should be pretty durable.
Appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.

Black Background?
anything white is good, but if you put them out in a field with cut hay or light colored sand/dirt they will be near invisible.
tar paper and a bucket of white paint works great... you can precut the roll to your desired width, paint at home, and off you go.

How long are you wanting to leave them there?
Plywood comes to mind for real long term.
I have never had a problem with plastic exc for livestock then we used lime.

Defund govt
To fully fund govt first the national debt would have to be paid. The US Govt is $18 TRILLION in debt, using 350 million people in the USA it would require $51,000 from every man, woman and child to pay it off. And that's just the Federal debt. Did you write your check yet?

We used to use sheets of 1/2" gypsum wallboard cut into strips. They last a while in any weather and you get the added bonus of environmental correctness!
