Caltrans Airport Permits

I am trying to track down the FAA Advisory Circular in effect during the year 1957, so that I can compare it to a deeded airspace easement that was granted that same year.

I am also trying to track down the first Airport Permit that was granted for this particular airfield.

Would the info I am searching for fall under a PRA request?

Clark I'm not sure what exactly your looking for but I have a contact from the Aeronautics Division in CT. I have worked with Danny and he's involved with all the airports that CT manages.
