Mobile Home Lines
I found a some PK nails, rebar, and a spike that look to be delineating the "property corners" of the airspace of a mobile home lot. Are surveyors required to file a record when they set such monuments? The condo plan does not say what was set and there is nothing in the record that I can see.

Section 8765 (e) has the answer you are looking for. It has provisions if or if not a record has to be filed.
If you are dealing with a mobile home park that has gone through a conversion to residential ownership, then a record has to be filed.

Ric,
I do not have any evidence that the recovered markers were set prior to undergoing the conversion.
The recovered markers seem to be new in nature and appear to be set at corners of many other interior airspace lots. I did not see a lot without a marker on the street frontage (but I did not check all of them). This appears to be evidence that the markers were set at the same time for the whole conversion.
I am guessing that the airspace “lot” lines were not in existence before the mobile home park was converted to residential ownership in the 1980’s but I cannot confirm that.
I have no idea who set those markers. Do I want to know? :)
