Yea. I used to have a copy of the map, which is recorded in Maricopa County, AZ and basically the same as a Parcel Map here in CA. I had heard at one time that this RE licensee has lost his license or let it lapse, but is not longer a RE in AZ anymore.

Always wondered

Post by Gromatici »

I always wondered what happened to that guy! Seems like the people who took their own whistle the loudest have something to hide. Too bad we can't go back and put "moron" with an arrow pointed to his name on all the illegal maps he signed.

It also makes me wonder why the people checking the maps don't at least look up the "surveyors" name on the Boards (in whatever state) and at least see if they are really licensed to practice surveying.

I wonder if he would make that same statement to a Land Surveyor in person?

Maybe Mohammed's draftsmen has a sense of humor. (benefit of the doubt)
