Apparently FEMA is looking for comments for the new Elevation Certificate Form. I think you can make comments until April 2.

At the conference, the Nevada Section for FEMA made a presentation and mentioned the new forms would not have many revisions and nothing about FEMA looking for input of the new form. The current form for Elevation Certificates was suppose to expire 3/31/12, but they had received a letter stating to continue to use the current form until further notice. The new form was not ready as of yet.
There will be a one year grace period to continue using the current form after a new form is released too.
