Parcle Mergers - Number of Parcels?

Does anyone know if the SMA or other code contains a limit to the number of contiguous parcels that can be merged? I know most local ordinances limit it to four.

Also, can you file two consecutive mergers over the same parcels to achieve the desired number of parcels?

LLAs are limited to four parcels, mergers are not at state level afaik. However, if the jurisdiction treats a merger as an LLA (many do) then they'll limit it as well.
