The US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are pushing to expand their regulatory jurisdiction over waters, wetlands, and riparian regions not traditionally defined as "navigable waters", or "waters of the United States", as defined in the Clean Water Act.

In case anyone hasn't noticed, the govt is working on controlling EVERYTHING.
It's no longer "of the people, by the people, for the people" its "of the govt, for the govt.
For those who haven't seen it, the DOJ revised it's web site and removed the red, white and blue and replaced it with black and this quote
"The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people."
Catchy, huh? Just one tiny little (too small to be relevant obviously) point -- the quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in the 1930's was a leading proponent of the "international law" movement, which had as its goal to impose a global common law and which backed 'global workers' rights.'
How very interesting that 'they' couldn't find a nice quote from one of our Founders.

Not normally paranoid but . . . .
They've also changed the term from "Public Lands" to "Federal Interest Lands".
I know, I know, that new term more correctly defines their "Interest", but still, I don't like it.
Changes that song from "This land is your land, this land is my land" to "this land is Federal Interest Land, This land is Federal Interest Land."
