missing something, cause it sure looks like the tripods are in the field, unless you have some really different type of wall-paper.

It's amazing how many folks have green-screens these days.
Looks beautiful, RAM! I'm jealous.

Taken from the highway above Tenaya Canyon? Looks like Tenaya Lake and Cloud's Rest.

Bruce, that is my office. Jim you are right. We are working from Lukens Trailhead to Omstead Point along the Tioga Rd, and at the Mono Pass Trailhead. Sorry Scott, but someone has to do it.

Road has been closed 3 times already due to snow and ice, each time warms back up to mid 60's. Except for just a couple of chilly days has been quite nice.

RAM,

So how come you are never in any of these photos? How do we know that you were really there?

Scott's boss confirmed that he is actually out in the field!

Hey Ric;

I'm just happy RAM calls me a friend:) I have been working around the Lake Britton/Pit River area recently. Different, but just as beautiful. Looking down the Pit from Lake Britton Dam, at 6:30 in the am, with a lite fog is awe inspiring. I am trying to get a topo project with the NPS at the top of Shasta Bally. May have to use the top of Mt Shasta as a backsight!

It must really suck to be stuck in the office RAM, while your field crew is working hard in such terrible conditions, heheheee!
