Stupid question about TGO

Why can't I constrain an orthometric height in this program? What am I doing wrong/what is wrong with the software? The points dialog box has a field with elevations (derived from geoid 03) grayed out and unable to be manipulated and a check box for "elevation" grayed out as well. Been through every setting I can find to fix this... Am I not setting up the project properly, what gives?
