Fifty-plus years of old wisdom

I acquired the archives of Eugene Lockton, LS 2535 some years ago. Gene was one of the "founding fathers" of CLSA and also its 1973 President.
Attached are some correspondence that rings familiar today.
(And don't forget to put the seat down when you're done reading.) I'll try post more when time permits
