Does anyone have an online source for San Mateo County Parcel Maps.
The newer one (less than ~6 years+-) are not available on the GIS.

Keith has them newer than that, but not by much.

086-PM-010 recorded in July 2021 is the last PM he has on there.

This is the County Map Search portal, and the maps are there.
Have you contacted the County Surveyor who can guide you too.
His contact info (Adrian V.) is online under SM County Public Works.

As I am now re-retired. I spent some time on the San Mateo GIS page (above) today and was able to add a couple of books of LLS files to the library (also above). I was not able to locate any additional Parcel Maps, Subdivision Maps or Corner Records that were not already in the library. The library does accept donations of any maps that we do not have in the archives.

I just went to the GIS page and the latest Parcel Map was recorded in July 2021. 86 PM 10
