Walter Thomas "Tom" Foster, PLS 4978, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019. Folks on the forum knew him as Land Butcher. He was a friend and a neighbor to me.

There will be a Funeral Service this Friday, November 1, 2019 - 3:00 PM at Saddleback Chapel, 220 E. Main Street, Tustin, CA 92780.

Thanks for letting us know, Dave. I've known Tom for a long time. We had our agreements and disagreements, but I always respected him.

Sorry to hear that. My condolences to his friends & family.

This is a great loss. Tom was a great guy and never afraid to offer his thoughts and opinions. Rest in Peace old friend!
