Looking around the Sacramento Law Library and finding nothing.
Can anybody forward me an editable Notice of Merger template?

I PM'd you a template for a voluntary merger.

Several years ago the City of San Diego prepared and recorded a "notice of merger" for a large number of properties. It is my opinion and that of others that the document is a nullity as the city failed to hold the proper hearings and the notice is ineffective as it does not show up in the grantor/grantee index and as such, does not impart constructive notice. There is also an opinion that the recording laws do not provide for the notice to be recorded.
