Wild Deeds and baseball

Here’s a great story out of my own town. I thought everyone would enjoy this one.
The history of the ballpark is in and of itself a fascinating story. I have written about it in my book “Lay of The Land.” The issue involved who owned the fee into the underlying streets, a very contentious and confusing topic in San Diego.

silly article... I am not really sure what Derris Devon McQuaig actually did.
do you have a copy of the recorded document(s).
the only clear part (kinda) of the article is: "That prompted Superior Court Judge Steven Stone to dismiss the criminal case on Dec. 16, order McQuaig committed to Patton State Hospital in San Bernardino County, and give psychiatric security personnel there the authority to administer antipsychotic medication against McQuaig’s will." ... essentially a life sentence

So it appears that the Assessor of City View Property granted to him(her?)self as an individual the "described" property, and thereby paid no DTT.
Yeah, looks legitimate ...

a sad fact: he may never leave, and you can be assured he will be continually drugged beyond viable communication.
