I've spent some time lately with some older relatives. Mostly in their seventies or eighties (rarely in their nineties), and the concern is regarding their memories, or focus, and of course the whole driving issue. This guy is approaching 100 and look at him! Driving, operating a robot. Will probably whip it all up in 3D on a cad system when he gets back to the office. What a great story.

He clearly loves what he is doing because if Indiana has state pensions like California, after 55 years on the job he is working for free, or maybe even less than what he would as a retiree.
