I have an ROS ready to submit in this County, but wanted to clarify the checking fee and get the submittal checklist. I've called and e-mailed the County Surveyors office but have not received a response. Also, I can't find anything on their website. Does anyone have this info? Thanks.

I will attach some documents that we have collected for Alameda County. I believe that we received these in 2010, but I'm not sure. In any case, it's all we have.

That'll work. Last time I inquired about the fee it was $500. Not sure if it still is or not.

I just so happen to drop by their office today, so here's the fee schedule for RofS, Amended Maps, Corner Records, C. of C., and Parcel Maps.

$200 (per sheet!) for a Certificate of Correction? That's a lot of money to review something that often consists of little more than a sentence or two.
