This joint LA Chapter-Channel Islands Chapter seminar covering The Most Meaningful Changes in the 2009 Manual of Surveying Instructions and as a bonus, Subdivision of Fractional Sections, takes place in Santa Clarita on November 2. The 2009 Manual can also be ordered for pick up on that day. Please place your book order by October 19 to allow for shipment to the seminar location.
