I was wondering what others were paying for galvanized 3/4" these days. I was just quoted $2.50/piece for 24" by a local plumbing supply shop. Thanks.

Mike,
Home Depot sells a 1.5" @ 10 feet section pipe for about $10.00; but you have to cut it yourself.

Dane is correct. I believe that they start charging a fee on the 2nd or 3rd cut.

Dane and Stephen,
Does Home Depot sell 3/4" ID? What do they charge to cut?
Thanks.

I don't know what they charge. As to sizes it depends on the store. Call one and ask.

I replumbed my house and had over a hundred feet of 3/4 in and nobody wanted it.
Thanks for the input

Next time I'll call Home Depot to get size availability and cutting costs.

Mike,
I wasn't meaning to be abrupt. After re-reading my post it sure did seem to me that it might be taken that way.
I really don't know the answers and to me the best way to find out is call Home Depot.

Years ago the company I worked for got their pipe from a salvage yard for about 1/2 the cost of a survey supply or building supply store.
