Looking for Board Rules Applicable in 2002 & 2003

Can anyone help me obtain a copy of these:
Sections 400 to 474.5 (476?), Administrative Code, Title 15, Division 5, State of California for the years 2002 and 2003.

Thanks Propst for linking me up with the 2003 Board Rules, but unable to find the 2002 Board Rules on the CLSA site, or any other year. Not sure how you got to that url.

The background changes to rose colored.
choose the tab "Member Resources";
you will see the "SMAs & PLSAs" on the right in their little pink cloud.
choose that and you can download the appropriate act from the subsequent screen.
