Los Angeles County Public Works - Land Development Division welcomes all comments during the development of the manual. 27 chapters are currently posted and available for review and comment. You can make edits in track changes format via the Word file and email them to Mr. Pachano (email link on webpage) The pdf version of the chapters includes the attachments for reference, I welcome all feedback.
