Does anyone have a sample and/or opinion of a good way to describe a parallel line in a description that is really a concentric curve?

I was thinking along the lines of this;
"to a non-tangent concentric curve being 30.00 feet, measured on a radial line, Northerly of the centerline of A Street; thence along said concentric curve , being concave...."

Coming from the centerline of Street A and turning on the sideline to head down the side of the street.

Sounds like you're on the right track. If I were to tweak it:

"...to a point on a non-tangent curve, said curve being 30.00 feet northerly as measured on a radial line, and concentric with, the centerline curve of A Street; thence, along said concentric curve..."

If the curve is non-tangent, then you need to define the direction of the radial bearing,no? How does the bc of the street line up with the bc of your curve? I mean how do you want to define that relationship? How do you want to describe the controlling elements of the street centerline? ... concentric with the centerline of street A as per deed or map ... so on and so forth.

I hope you are trying to describe something other than the right-of-way line of A Street?

If A Street is 60' wide, and your describing the right-of-way line, make your call "to" then "along" the described right-of-way line.

What is your intent of this description?

Lee has got me covered, I was just looking how/what wording to use for a concentric curve.

Your right Dane, I should've had "to which point a radial line bears..."

Keith, I am checking this description as the jurisdiction and this doc wil define the road that has not yet been dedicated. I wanted some wording to suggest to the Surveyor of record.
