Ventura County information

Where does one go to do research in Ventura County?

Nothing fancy, I just need to know where to send someone to find existing Corner Records (if any), Tract Maps and possibly County(?) Flood Control information for their own lot in Simi Valley.

If it gets any trickier than a lot in a tract, who wants it?!?!

DLLindell@msn.com would be a good place to reply.

Thanks.

I was at the concert when "America" (the band) first performed "Ventura highway".

I'll bet they didn't have enough recearch information. either.

Sorry . . .just a bit of Old man Humor.

I saw "America" at Fort Ord Ca. before they were "America"

How many others remember them ? . . . . Rastermaster ?

You can buy the CD set from Ventura too and then you won't have to go down to the office. However, Ventura County has a lot of field books and "School District Maps" that aren't scanned. Anyway the CD set is really cheap and will handle most of your jobs.

Eric,

Exactly as you said, the CD is very helpful. But field books, etc. are not on them.
