Does anyone have sample language or know of a recorded notice to use property?

I did come across this wording in a deed recently, I posted to ask if anybody knew the difference between this and a Life Estate. The electrical company I was dealing with decided that it was something less than a Life Estate and she did not have to sign for the easement.
Specifically, what kind of use are you talking about?
