Your best bet might be to contact him from his mailing address from the Board's license lookup feature. It is snail mail, but it may be the only way to contact him.

try the "find a surveyor" database on the CLSA website under the "membership" category. I think he's listed there.

Bermuda Dunes, eh?
Isn't there some kind of triangle area associated with that where crews have trekked off into the wilderness, never making it back for lunch?
The only sign left are some mysterious caps and tags, with no surveyor to be found to have set them.

You can also do a google of his name. You might be surprised what comes up, but you might find contact info too, via a company name or e-mail.
Watch out for the gooo that E-Page eludes too.
