Santa Clara County has an exemption for professional services that aid in real estate transactions. These professional services include but not limited to Real estate agents, notaries, title companies etc.

Took my boat out Monday to the harbor, to rockfish and crab fishing..............ramp was closed!! No!!!!!!!!!!!!!
