Re: deed requirement for Lot Line Adjustments

This issue was resolved by the county planner recording a Notice of Rescission, which cancelled the 1989 Lot Line Adjustment. I had never seen one before & if anyone wants a copy, email me at foothill@ocsnet.net. I will email you a copy.
