Dave,

Although this sort of BS, ad hominem attack based on twisting the opposing view way out of context is pretty much your trademark debate style, how about just addressing the substance of the posts of those you choose to disagree with rather than unprofessionally attacking character. It is a decidely dishonest style of debate that is well below that which should be found in a professional discussion.

Making honest responses will require you to read complete posts and recognize context rather than just scanning for partial sentences taken out of context that feed your template. Making dignified responses that merit considered responses will require self control to refrain from name calling and making baseless attacks. Can you do those things?

Playing the opposing council card Mr. Woolley? Ruffling some feathers? No bother.

From the cases I read (not necessarily boundary related), often times the majority misses the point and the truth is written in the dissent.

As for the first point fd- You, doing recon for a bid, find 2 fences parallel and touching and 2 #4 rebar (map calls for #4 rebar) same age and both at grade 0.3' apart, lot and block deed. City or mtns not relevant.
In this scenario have you triggered a RS due to what might be a material discrepancy? I say might be since material discrepancy is not defined.

Opinions.
