Re: Happy Surveyors Week!
It's Thursday and I'm curious why no one had said anything on this forum as of yet?
Do the Officers even know, and care? Wake up people, if we want to promote surveying, we need to do a better job than what is happening.
In years past the Governor would sign a declaration to CLSA and it would have been posted on the site by now? Is this no longer of any value to us surveyors? What are you doing to promote National Surveyors Week, well I think some have missed the boat. Yet there is a conference starting tomorrow.

Interesting how he praises the highly trained and dedicated surveyors that he has worked with in the construction industry, but he does go on to thank the professional surveyors through American history and their contributions.

Hi all,
We just received the proclamation this morning on the Senate floor. It was presented by Senator Jean Fuller to President Ron Nelms on behalf of CLSA. Ron will be bringing the proclamation with him to the opening ceremonies this weekend at the Annual Conference if you'd like to check it out in person. Hope to see you all there!

Shouldn't that letter read "As someone who spent a career stiffing many highly trained and dedicated surveyors in the construction industry..."?

Re: Happy Surveyors Week!
I have a very poor opinion of people who screw over their surveyors and other contractors. Don't get me started.
