Description: Supports our Los Angeles Survey Team in organizing and coordinating projects including a broad range of assignments requiring a knowledge of Land Surveying and Mapping.
Duties: This position will require managing and overseeing all phases of these various assignments including the supervision of support staff. The survey assignments will include Design Surveys relative to development projects, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Resolution, Record Mapping including Tract Maps, Parcel Maps and Records of Survey, Legal Description preparation, GPS Control Surveys.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in all phases of Land Surveying
Must be proficient in AutoCAD
LS required
A knowledge of MicroStation preferred
A knowledge of Scanning preferred
