I have a project in San Jose near the airport. It's at the southest corner of Coleman and Newhall.
We're doing an topographic survey and a few other things for the client.
They'll be doing a ground lease. They want to know that what the developer is turning over is what they expected and that their architects/engineers have what they need to design the facility that is going on site.
Unfortunately, the developer told my client that the site was ready about a month ago. I sent my crew on site and lo and behold! Not so!
So...I need a favor. The developer called the client (who is in LA) and told them the site is ready. The client wants a "second opinion". I'm in Sacramento.
Is there anyone who could run by the site and take a digital photo or two and email them to me, please? You don;t need t omake a special project of it or go out of your way, but if you're close and feeling kind, it would be very appreciated!
Thanks!
Anyone in San Jose who could lend a hand, please?
